At Jotelulu, we understand that a key feature for many of our Partners is the ability to customise their services, portal and notifications. That is why we have decided to go a step further. Now, the Jotelulu platform itself is available as white label and can be completely customised. This way, our Partners’ can apply their own corporate branding.
This is aimed at those small and medium-sized businesses with an IT team responsible for managing the services they provide to their customers. This new feature allows our Partners to present the platform as if it were their very own, along with the services that they sell.
Where can I customise the Jotelulu platform?
You can customise the Jotelulu platform from the Partner Area by navigating to:
Partner Area > Customisation > Platform

Which aspects can be edited on the platform?
Partners can edit numerous details on the platform. The idea is that each Partner can quickly and easily create their own working environment for their customers featuring their own corporate branding. The aspects that can currently be edited are:
- Logo.
- URL.
- Background Image.
- Favicon.
- Colour Scheme.
Features that can be customised on the platform
Furthermore, all these customisations will be automatically applied to the user portal and the automatic notifications sent from the platform. This means that the Jotelulu platform is now 100% white label.
